COVID-19 has greatly impacted delivery times and we appreciate your patience in advance.
FASTWAY is our primary courier, using hand held scanners; our Courier Franchisees scan each parcel at key interval points throughout it’s journey; at pick-up, during transfer and at it’s final destination. This data is then relayed FASTWAY website where our customers can access information on the status of their parcel or view delivery address details and a signature proof of delivery in a matter of minutes.
Tracking your parcel is simple, enter your tracking number and click on track.
SHIPPING:
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Dunboyne Sports and Leisure, Main Street, Dunboyne County Meath.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

CLICK & COLLECT
We are delighted to offer a ‘CLICK & COLLECT’ service on dunboynesportsandleisure.ie from our store in Dunboyne, Co. Meath.
When ordering your purchase’s, you can opt to collect your items in-store by clicking ‘dunboynesportsandleisure €0.00’ under ‘In-store Pickup (during store hours)’.
Your order will be ready for collection 1-2 working days after the order has been placed. We will notify you by email once your order is ready for collection. Call into your designated store to pick up your order.
Store Pick up times are Monday-Saturday 10.00am – 5.00pm.
When collecting your items in-store, remember to bring your order confirmation email which will be emailed to you once your order has been completed and ready for collection. We will accept the email in printed format or on a tablet or smart phone.
Photographic identification must also be presented when collecting goods; we will accept a driver’s licence or passport.
